Scott Burroughs Speaks on Panel Regarding Copyright Damages in the Internet Age

Scott Burroughs, a partner at Doniger / Burroughs, was a panel member during the USPTO and U.S. Chamber of Commerce’s roundtable regarding copyright damages and the effect that e-commerce and online distribution have had on content creators and copyright holders. The event took place at Loyola Law School and was broadcast live via the USPTO’s Office of Policy.
