Firm Partner Speaks at Loyola Law School Fashion Symposium

Scott Burroughs was a featured speaker at Loyola Law School’s summer fashion law program. He spoke about the complexities of fashion law litigation, and what makes litigating a fashion law case different from other types of cases. He also engaged in a debate with another fashion law attorney that conveyed the different approaches that plaintiffs and defendants take in fashion law cases.
