Venice, CA – Adam George, local photographer and author of the iconic Venice Beach photograph below has retained Doniger / Burroughs to address the widespread theft of his image, which has been used by various real estate agents, restaurants, yoga studios, marketing companies, and others to market their businesses. The image depicts the iconic VENICE sign that hangs above Windward Avenue. After attempts at an informal resolution failed, the first of a series cases has been filed in U.S. District Court – Central Division of Los Angeles. Mr. George is represented by Stephen M.
