Doniger / Burroughs Enters Santana Art Dispute

Venice, CA – Doniger / Burroughs has joined a San Diego-based law firm to represent prolific artist GMAN in his copyright infringement case against musician Santana and his affiliates.

GMAN is a fourth-generation artist with 25 years of experience who has created artwork for use on merchandise in connection with band tours by everyone from Bob Dylan to Bon Jovi.

The case addresses the rampant unauthorized use of GMAN’s artwork, and is currently pending in the Southern District of California. An example of the unauthorized usage at issue is set forth below:
