Doniger / Burroughs Represents Fabric Designer in Copyright Infringement Trial Against Aeropostale and its Vendor

Pasadena, CA – Doniger / Burroughs partners Stephen Doniger and Scott Burroughs argued to a jury that their client had created an original fabric design and that Aeropostale and its vendor, Ms. Bubbles, had violated the client’s rights by selling garments bearing a copy of the design. The trial was presided over by the Honorable Alex Kozinski, the Chief Judge of the 9th Circuit, sitting by designation.
