Culver City, CA – Doniger / Burroughs has filed suit on behalf of Susan Nicholson Hofheinz, alleging that novely manufacturer A.V.E.L.A., Inc. and others have produced, marketed, and sold a plethora of merchandise that exploits the characters and material from the cult classic horror film “Invasion of the Saucer-Men,” for which Mrs. Nicholson Hofheinz owns the exclusive rights.
